Direct-contact vaporization heat transfer is investigated by analyzing the heat transfer coefficient with the area of liquid-liquid direct-contact interface. The interface areas of liquid-liquid heat transfer are determined by stroboscopic images. At higher temperature, the heat transfer area per unit volume decreases. The water temperature has no significant influence on the heat transfer coefficient. The effects on droplet size distributions of operating variables including inlet water temperature, n-pentane flow rate, and test position with packing and without packing are compared. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Fossil fuel resource is on the draining stage which leads to an increment in the cost of the petroleum products. Nowadays, research is focused on the development of environmental friendly lubricants which are derivatives of renewable sources. Inedible plant oil-driven bio-lubricants are environmentally friendly because they are non-hazardous, biodegradable, as well as there is no emission of toxic gases. This study involves the characterisations, advantages, as well as utilisation of inedible plant oil-driven bio-lubricants as an alternative for tribological applications. This report presents the status about the global lubricant market as well as potential outlook. The improving effects of addition of nano-wollastonite on some fire properties of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) were studied in this work. Nano-wollastonite was added at four levels (2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%). The size range of at least 70% of nano-wollastonite particles were 30 to 110 nm. The results showed statistically significant improving effect of nano-wollastonite on time to onset of ignition. The improving effect was primarily attributed to an increase in thermal conductivity of board containing nano-wollastonite. This increase in turn resulted in better curing of resin, and a higher integrity of fibers thereof. Moreover, nano-particles provided a surface with reduced combustibility and therefore, penetration of fire to the inner layers of boards was delayed, thus improving fire properties. High and significant correlations were found between thermal conductivity coefficients of boards with different fire properties. It was concluded that for applications where fire properties are of prime importance, nano-wollastonite content of 8% can be recommended. Moreover, further studies are needed to compare and standardize the results obtained from the apparatus used here with those obtained from internationally recognized apparatuses like cone calorimeter. 相似文献

Relations between asphaltene content,viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil and ultrasonic parameters
Ultrasonic treatment could decrease the viscosity of heavy oil and previous study on had focused on one heavy oil sample and involved less on the influence of asphaltene content. This study examined the effect of asphaltene content on viscosity reduction rate by ultrasonication. A comparison on samples with various asphaltene content and vibration parameter was made. The results showed that the optimal vibration frequency might decrease as the asphaltene content increased, whereas the optimal vibration intensity and the optimal treatment time were suggested to be enlarged. A semi-quantitative correlation was matched, which helped for numerical simulation about ultrasonic treatment. 相似文献

ABSTRACTMany researchers believe that crystallization is responsible for drastic viscosity changes near the break temperature of mould flux; however, there are no reasonable experimental data to support this view. In this study, the complete crystallization process is recorded in situ by inhibiting the volatilization of fluoride, and the relationship between viscosity change and crystallization near the break temperature is studied. Mould flux with a basicity of 0.65 had no break temperature, and no crystallization occurs within the temperature range of the viscosity test. The other three mould fluxes begin to crystallize before the break temperature, but the crystal volume fractions at the break temperature are different. The break temperature of mould flux is the crystallization temperature with a critical crystal volume fraction, which is related to the viscosity before the break temperature. Using simple and efficient methods to synthesize biological activated carbon catalysts (ACCs) with the decomposition of hydrogen iodide (HI) in the sulfur-iodine cycle as a typical reaction is urgently needed for the commercialization of hydrogen energy production and development. In this study, a series of ACCs with different specific surface areas (SSAs) and pore structures are prepared by comparing and controlling the changes in carbonization and activation methods of activated carbon (AC) preparation process. Hierarchical porous AC with larger SSA has higher HI decomposition efficiency. The representative samples H240H1h and H240C4h are hierarchical porous ACCs with 48.96% and 46.88% micropores, respectively, and have the highest catalytic activity in the entire series. The nitrogen adsorption and desorption curve is combined with pore size distribution data and analyzed using the capillary aggregation (Kelvin) and monolayer adsorption (Langmuir) theories. 水文过程相依性是水文变异的主要表现形式之一,应用自回归模型对其进行拟合时合理确定模型阶数是一个难点问题。本文在分析AIC和BIC准则的基础上,提出了一种以原序列与其相依成分的相关系数作为拟合度指标,同时借用信息熵形式的函数式,作为模型不确定性度量指标的自回归模型定阶准则(简称RIC准则)。以AR(1)、AR(2)、AR(3)和AR(4)模型为例进行统计试验,将不同序列长度下该准则的定阶准确率与其他定阶准则进行比较,试验结果表明,RIC准则对于上述模型均具有较好的适应性,且定阶准确率远高于AIC准则,其中对于前三阶模型RIC准则优于BIC准则,但四阶模型略低于BIC准则。RIC准则的优势是可以同时满足模型定阶、相依程度分级与模型检验的需求,将其应用于实测水文序列分析,结果显示,该准则能较准确地识别自回归模型的阶数,且符合提出的"相依有变异而残差无变异的最小阶数"的检验标准。 相似文献

摘要:为探明二元碱度对包钢高炉渣物理性能的影响机理,基于包钢7号高炉渣化学组成,添加纯试剂CaO、SiO2调整炉渣的二元碱度。通过实验研究二元碱度对包钢7号高炉渣熔化温度、黏度和熔化性温度的影响规律;同时采用Factsage70热力学软件,计算了不同碱度下炉渣的液相线温度和热焓值。结果表明:随着碱度升高,炉渣熔化温度不断升高,黏度和熔化性温度先降低后升高,碱度在1.1~1.3之间,碱度每提高0.1,炉渣半球温度提高4.67℃,软熔区间为3.33~4.60℃;碱度在1.1~1.4之间,1450℃以上炉渣黏度均低于0.5Pa·s,流动性良好;Factsage7.0计算结果表明:随着碱度的升高,炉渣的液相线温度不断升高,热焓值不断降低。综合考虑碱度对包钢炉渣熔化温度、熔化性温度、热焓和黏度的影响规律,建议包钢高炉渣的碱度应控制在1.1~1.3之间。 相似文献

Mg(OH)2浆液是一种具备低再生能耗潜力的CO2吸收剂,为了推进其在CO2捕集领域的应用而展开研究。在填料塔中,使用真实烟气研究了各种操作条件下Mg(OH)2浆液对CO2的捕集效率。研究发现,填料种类、气体名义停留时间、液气比均对CO2捕集效率有影响。结果表明,增加气体名义停留时间无法有效改善液相传质,而提高液气比能够有效改善液相传质;在试验条件下,拉西环、鲍尔环和IMTP的总体积传质系数分别为8.5×10-7~5.0×10-6、1.8×10-6~4.0×10-6和1.9×10-7~2.9×10-6 mol/(m3·s·Pa)。 相似文献
